|Janis Wrean||Martha = Maria Outman|
Thanks so much for transferring this memorial page Rich. Thought I'd better mention that her name was Maria, not Martha. Likely due to the stone's condition.Now can link all seven of their children, who all had their parent's names in their bios.Cheers.

|Lynn||please help correct death date|
Find A Grave Memorial# 136219691 Alonzo Angell in Riverside Cemetery
His death is listed as 1923 which I know is way off. His first wife passed away in 1923 but he remarried in 1925 and is in both the 1930 and 1940 census'
Is there any way this can be verified? The note says it is from the records of The Painted Hills Gen Society and thats why I am wondering if there was a transcription error. Is there any way to actually go to the site and see the headstone? or .....?
Thank you ahead of time for checking this out. I appreciate so MUCH all that is done on F.A. G

|I Love Genealogy||Oak Hill and St James Cemeteries|
We are wondering about the two cemeteries, that might be part of each other, Oak Hill and St. James?
I see Nell Daley is Find A Grave No. 124159377 is listed in Oak Hill, while her brother James Daley Find A Grave No. 124159537 is listed in St. James, yet if you look at Nell's page, her headstone is directly in front of her brothers James (the photo on her page), yet they are both listed in different cemeteries. Could the division of the two cemeteries be that line right there?
The same is for Mary McCarthy at St. James Cemetery Find A Grave No. 124279528 and her husband Owen McCarthy Find A Grave No. 124279484 who is listed at Oak Hill (But he doesn't have a headstone), just wondering if it's certain they are at different cemeteries also.
THANKS SO MUCH for any help.

|Diane Gustavson||Round Hill Cemetery, Parnassus, PA|
Thanks for all you do.
About this cemetery: I believe John Wood Logan, founder of Parnassus, was the brother of Hugh Logan, not his son. Both were sons of Alexander Logan who began the ferry service and from whom Logan's Ferry got its name.
Hugh Logan took over his father Alexander's store located at the ferry landing. The Pennsylvania Canal, which followed the Allegheny River on the opposite (Springdale) side from Logan's Ferry was the source of business for a hotel maintained by the Logan Family. Hugh Logan was Postmaster for the area for years until his brother John founded Parnassus and obtained the Postmastership.

Its no problem sending the corrections. I am checking the info as I upload the grave photos. I hope I haven't caused too much work for you though. You've added a lot of memorials, and I'm happy to help add to that info for future generations.
