James Alvah Stanton was my 3rd great grandfather. He and his first wife Mary Allan Stanton were the parents of David Barney Stanton, he was the father of my great grandmother Goldie Gertrude Stanton who married Ernest Ray Phelps. Ernest and Goldie are the parents of my grandmother Lois Phelps, my Mother's mother.
This makes us some kind of cousin. Thanks for all the information on James and family.

My father is Stanley J. Clyde. He is buried at O'neill Cementary. I was wondering if you have his obituary. I don't know how to get a copy of one so I can have one for my family. Please email me back at firstname.lastname@example.org. Thank you.

We are currently working to identify anyone buried in Westlawn-Hillcrest Cemetery Omaha NE that has served in the military. If you have a loved one buried there or know of someone, please send us a message. We place flags on the graves for Memorial Day. This project is sponsored by Centennial Masonic Lodge #326.
If you can send us the names, we will be sure to include them on our list to get a flag.
Thank you for the help with this ongoing project.
If you have already received this message, please accept our apologies for the duplicate message.

|Melissa Lee-Benzon||Mary L. Eppenbach Johnson|
I saw a note on the memorial for Frank Eppenbach that you were looking for people to help with information on Mary L. Eppenbach Johnson. I'm not sure how much help I might be, but I am Mary L. Eppenbach Johnson's great granddaughter. It looks like you have more information on most of the family than I do (would love to ask you questions to get a better handle on earlier generations of the Eppenbachs), but whatever information I can provide to you (or find out) I'd be happy to provide!
Melissa Lee-Benzon (my mother Jacqueline Johnson Lee is the daughter of Leland Owen Johnson, who passed in 77, and (Joyse) Pauline Fuller Johnson; Leland Owen Johnson was Mary L. Eppenbach's and Raymond Sumter Johnson's son)

Hi Dan...good to hear from you! Sad to hear that Loren has passed away. If I remember correctly he had a son named Steve. He and I went to school together. Wasn't Loren married to LaDonna? All seemed like quite, gentle people.
Do you get to see Dan and Joan very often? Hope all is well with you. Thank you for the heads up and the transfer.

|Beth Sparrow||RE: Transfer Request|
I have your messages flagged, and I will transfer him to you hopefully in a couple weeks. I am on the cemetery board for this cemetery and we are working on a directory, so I have been using Findagrave to aid me in this. So when I find his plot number, I will probably add it before I transfer. Just wanted to let you know the reason for the delay so you know you don't need to report it to Findagrave.

I transferred Thomas Strong, Jr. Memorial to you, and did some research on his father. According to Ancestry.com he married Elfreda, divorced her and later married Verna Carroll. Social Security death records show he died in Nov 1976 and is buried in Mount Hope Cemetery in Omaha, Douglas Co., NE

Hi. I have transferred them to you. Feel free to separate them so they each have a Memorial. When I am posting Civil War veteran memorials, I am usually doing a large group and don't have the time to post wives individually, but I like them included.

|Robert Strong||RE: Thanks Veteran|
Thanks, Daniel. I appreciate that very much.
With a name like yours, I would have to guess that we must be distant cousins. Have you tried to figure out our connection yet? I think I have, but am probably wrong (I have been once or twice).
Use my e-mail address if you wish.

You wrote on Conley Wolterman's wall to see if any one was getting response's from her. I have been trying since November 2012 for transfers. I asked her three times and sent her a personal email. She will not answer me. Any ideas on how to go about getting her to respond to me?
I did send an email to Find A Grave but have not heard from them either. I am at lost on what to do and frustrated as well.
Hope you can help.

|Linda W||RE: MEMORIAL TRANSFER|
I'm so sorry Daniel, early on I was transferring everything to Findagrave. I stopped that once I started O'Neill but all the rurals we did are maintained by them. They seem to be real good about passing them on, though. Linda

|Linda W||RE: Strong Memorials|
Hi again! Actually, Bob and I went out and photographed the whole cemetery and I'm in the process of entering them all on Find A Grave. I think probably alot of them were in a general area, but I'm just doing them as we took them. There are several thousand left, so looking through them is overwhelming, but I'm hoping to get most of them on this winter. I'll get these transferred in the next day or two. We also helped the city to finally get this stuff on the directory. Hopefully it's all there now. Linda

Hi, I made the links you suggested. I do still manage Julius and Jenny if you'd like me to transfer them. I wish I could have done the other for you. Merry Christmas

I am so sorry, I turned that memorial over to FindaGrave for management. I have done that with alot of them I created. You should be able to request it from FindaGrave. Again, I'm very sorry, I wish I could have helped you.

|Sandra (Kubicek) Jacobson||Nick and Tracy Davis Memorial|
Thank you so very much for the beautiful memorial you have put together for my nephew Nick and my niece Tracy.
I am Joan Davis's sister, Sandra Jacobson. I have been working on the families genealogy for the past 5 years. I've already done quite a bit of work on our family lines. I've posted many of the Boswell and Warnick families on Find A Grave and would like to have the opportunity to work on Tracy and Nicky's. I was wondering if you would be interested in transfering the maintenance of their sites to me?
Thank you again for helping to remember them.
