Hi Nicole,
You seem like a promising "go to" person for help and direction. I noticed you had posted photos of death registry. George Picot 83890278 shows parents born the same year as him with links to both people. As this can not be correct how can accurate info and links be found and corrected? Since you have the death registries, do you have the ability to look over your gathered info to maybe figure it out. I apologize in advance for my limited abilities and knowledge on how all this works. I truly appreciate any time and expertise you give. Thanks for all that you do!!

Hi Nicole,

I received your suggested edits (places of birth and death, link to spouse) for the memorial above. Would you please provide the source(s) of your information?

Thank you for keeping Find A Grave an accurate and valuable genealogical tool!

Nicole - thank you VERY much for transcribing the info from death certificate for Catharine Nolan. She is my 2nd great-grandmother. Never could have found her without your info. One of her daughters (Elizabeth) married a Robert Beatty. They had a son named Charles but I haven't yet been able to find either of them.

Just wanted to let you know, the townships for her birth and death were not available as I just left it at the county level. Thanks for the updates!

Nicole, Thanks so much for the addition of an obit. I have now transcribed it into the Bio section. Since we're really not supposed to include the photos of obits, would you mind deleting this. I've given you credit on the memorial. Thanks again. ~T Burt

Albert Simpson spouse question
Hello Nicole, I am a descendant of Albert Simpson (through the Howey line) that is buried in the Delaware Cemetery. He is my 4th great-grandfather. On the findagrave site, you have listed a Catherine Simpson as Albert's spouse. The rest of the info on the site for Albert and his children matches what I have in my research, but for his spouse I have only found Sallie Whitmore, who is referenced in the death certificates for Albert's children, and is referenced in several decades of Federal Census's living with Albert and the kids. I am curious on the origin of Catherine Simpson. Is she buried in Delaware Cemetery as well? Is Sallie Simpson buried there? I have learned anything is possible in my years of genealogy research, so I would like to understand more about this and if there is more documentation that would be helpful in establishing this relationship to Catherine. Thanks for your dedication to supporting people like me in our efforts to learn more about our heritage. I had to smile when I read your bio and the "disclaimers" you had to include. No good deed goes unpunished... the world we now live in. Thanks!

Addolorata "Deli" Sasso Zullo - Memorial# 50986886
Hi Nicole,

Thanks for asking, but as far as I know, I am not related to Deli. There are Zullos and Acquavivas (my Italian heritage line) in the same village, Orsara di Puglia, where my great-grandparents emigrated from to the USA. So I suppose if I was to go back far enough in researching that branch of the family tree I might find a link between the two families. But as of right now, there is no relation that I am aware of.

Kind regards,

Old Union Schoolhouse Cemetery
My name is Dawn, and I live in Milford, Pa. I have driven past the Old Union Schoolhouse many times and always wondered if there was anyone that was in charge of taking care of the grounds. If you have any information about this issue, I'd appreciate any help. I don't have any relatives buried there, it's just very sad to see where someone's loved ones are in their resting spot and it looks like that.

Mark Percival
RE: Henry C. Palmer
Hi Nicole,

Kathy Gartner and I have been documenting the 40 (or so) interments at the Knealing Family Burying Ground in Shohola. Kathy has photographed all of the headstones while I've been researching how the individuals are related. In Henry Palmer's case you originally had him recorded in error as Henry "Keller" which was his step-father's surname. The error probably originated in the source material you had access to when creating the memorial in 2013. Thanks for accepting the updates.

Lottie Hood
Nicole! Someone sent me a photo of Lottie and her husband and their son, John Van Sant Hood. You have two headstone photos up for Lottie (memorial 103570992) one is a bit darker than the other. Could you please take down the darker of the two? I really am thankful to have it, but as there are two and the lighter one is easy to read, I'd appreciate it. My cousin, that I didn't know was still alive until recently, sent me a photo of the entire Hood plot as well. Thank you so much for all you do!
