If you can call Calvary Cemetery (323)261-3106 for the grave location I will get the photo for you! Do not email because they will not reply. I would call for you but Since I am probably the only regular active volunteer there I have made many many calls to them for locations and they are very annoyed with me.

RE: Evert Peek
you're very welcome. It was my first time at this cemetery after years of driving by it on my way to work. Good luck with your research.

RE: Elda Wise Such
Sounds good. You may want to double check her death date. Everything I have reviewed says she died April 7, 1973 which is different from what you have. Also, at one point I found evidence that she may have been married more than once.

RE: Elda Wise Such
She was my 3rd cousin. Her great great grandparents and my great great great grandparents were the same folks...on both sides of my family as I have discovered that my mother's family and father's family married together around 1850. No one knew that until I started working on the genealogy over 35 years ago.

171974438 is a duplicate to 26860518. The duplicate is also placed in wrong cemetery. Thank you for all the fantastic research you have done in genealogy.

Kristi Rogers
Elizabeth Coleman's grave
I went to the Church where Elizabeth is buried. There was only a small plaque with just her name and the name of the funeral home. I took a picture of that and emailed it to your personal email.

RE: Kenneth Maynard
What stands out in my mind upon reflection, it was supposed to have been his belated honeymoon that they were on.

RE: Kenneth Maynard
That I have no idea. It was nerve wrecking for granny. My mother, granny, Aunt Ruby, Uncle Patton and Aunt Omie, my sister Darla, all went to Ohio for the funeral. Something happened and being young and dumb when listening to the story, didn't take notes. It was a few days before he was brought back.

Not related to Michael Lauck. Berks-Dauphin Roots transferred the memorial to me before he passed away last month. If you are related to Michael, I would be more than happy to transfer his memorial to your care.

The markers for this family are quite old.
They are in the front section, east of the cemetery office. There is a walkway that divides this section of the cemetery and they are along the walkway

Thanks for the assist. I was working from High on a Windy Hill by Catherine Sanders McConnell when I did the spreadsheet for Walnut Grove. The person(s) who did the recording of the grave markers recorded her middle name as Cordelia. After your edit, I checked my copy of the Death Certificate Index which agrees with what you sent.

RE: Kegley Infants-Riverside
Hi Debra,
I would love to add dates to these memorials. The list from the cemetery office only lists names and plots for them.

The cemetery lists 7 Kegley's buried in Block 60 Lot 48. They are listed as: William Robert, Rose Marie, 2 unnamed infant sons of William Robert, 2 unnamed infant daughters of William Robert and one unnamed infant of William Robert with no gender listed. I got your email that William Sr. is buried in another state so the William in this plot must be the infant you have listed as William Jr so I will delete that memorial.

I remember thinking as I created these memorials how incredibly sad for this family to lose so many children. Please feel free to send any info you have and I can email my contact in the cemetery office to see if she has any record that would clear up the son/daughter discrepancy but with the holiday I don't expect I will hear back from her before next week.

Thanks for contacting me.
