RE: Carpenter
I agree with your statement that this helps in the genealogy to have such records available. Thank you again for the kind words.

Bonisue
Ella Pippen Wood Mantas
I am compiling a Family Tree for my grandchildren who are also the grandchildren of Donald Warren Wood--a descendant of this lady.

I have been searching in vain for her parents' names. My best clue is Philip Pippen and his wife _____ O'Brian, which was left on a query site a few years ago.

Any additonal information? Some places Ella is listed as born in TN and other places she is listed as born in VA.

Any help appreciated!

Leonard Nimoy Memorial
Hello. If you're looking for good background for his bio, this NYTimes Article is very good. It also states he died at home in Bel Air for which I've sent an edit.

RE: John Henry Carpenter
I have been delayed in a response to you regarding John Henry Carpenter due to the recent death of my mother on December 4. I may be able to engaged in a sharing of data if you would identify which John Henry Carpenter. If it is the one that is buried at Robinson River (c 1847 - 1920) I have information on him and his ancestors as he was the son of my great great grandmother's sister.

Edwin Harris Dunning Junior
Dear Sir

I wonder if you would be kind enough to tell me the source of your photo of Edwin. I have his Navy photos but this is one I have never seen before and am intrigued to know if you have any further information about him. He was my first cousin once removed.

I very much look forward to hearing from you.

RE: larkin Cemetery
There are a couple of cemetaries that go by the Larkin name. Do you know the road the one you are refering to is on? I do not know of any tornado damage to any that I'm familiar with.

My computer crashed so it took a while to get back to you. Your very welcome. A headstone picture is just part of the view as far as I'm concerned. It's a very nice cemetery. Regards, Les

You are very welcome. I will try and find the Hale cemetery and photograph it. I haven't checked on here yet to see what has been done. I hope I can find it.

I would be surprised if you get a response from lee Ward, concerning Leonard Fite memorial. Lee has not been active on findagrave since 2008. I too, have asked for transfers or to have memorials updated, with no results.

Capt. James Harvey Wood, Find A Grave # 16645746
Hi,

On 6/12/2007 you added a picture of James Harvey Wood's cemetery monument to his Find A Grave Memorial# 16645746. Bev's memorial shows James as being in the East View Cemetery. Do you recall if James is buried in the East View Cemetery or the East Hill Cemetery where his parents are buried?

Kind regards,

Sammy Boyd
