RE: Mary Elizabeth Cogswell
I just found the New Haven Mary E. Cogswell on Ancestry, in a member's Family Tree. She was born Oct 1882, in Lanarkshire, Scotland, and died 11 Feb 1951, in New Haven, Ct. She lived in Rhode Island for 30 years before her death in CT.

It's not possible to transfer a memorial back to me so I think I will create another one in Hamden Plains Cemetery, since there are relatives looking on Ancestery.

Glad that mystery is solved.

RE: Mary Elizabeth Cogswell
It looks as though this is a different Mary Elizabeth Cogswell. The CT Death Index shows Mary E. Cogswell, widowed, died 11 Feb 1951, in New Haven, age 68, born about 1883.

My postings were done from the Hamden Plains Cemetery burial book.

Sorry, I cannot be of more help. Maybe you could contact the Illinois cemetery to see if there might have been a burial transfer in 1969, from CT.

Isom
Good Morning, Chris.
I saw your message to Sheila Carter on "Find A Grave". To my knowledge, she is not related to my father, Howard Neal Isom.
I am on Ancestry.com.
I have taked a DNA test.
If you are seeking blood relatives, I encouraged you to do this.
You could possibly be my cousin.

So sorry to hear there is no marker for Infant Vincent Scott. Maybe you can delete your photo request so others don't go looking for it.

Not directly. My great-aunt Carrie Hardin was married to Raymond Ward. I'm really anal about linking families and attaching as much information on Find A Grave as I can.

Ray Todd Knight
RE: Elijah D. and Mollie Smith
Hi Chris
Herbert Knight was my grandfather. E.D. and Mollie Smith sort of adopted him and my grandmother Dessie Martin Knight. I think that Mollie and ED were related to Dessie's sister-in-law, Ruby Ardel Smith who married her brother Ernest Martin.
My cousin Marty Knight knows a lot more about the Martin relations.
If I can help anymore let me know

The info came from the book "Hawkins' Tories, A Regimental and Social History of the 7th Tennessee Cavalry USA in the Civil War" by Peggy Scott Holley. It can be found at this addy:

http://7thtenncavusa.com/

I suspect she found the data through the National Archives, internet searches, and her personal research.

RE: Lucile Krumnbein
We are definitely related, albeit distantly. I have spoken to Madonna also! I am related by Lucile Johnson's mother, Ellen Nelson. Ellen's mother, Julia Norland is my link to my family in Sweden. Julia's mother is my 3rd great grand aunt. If you can follow that...you are a better man than I! LOL!
