How are You? Hope all going well. I'm still working at the Lisbon Cemetery, biking and helping my 97 year old Mother....
Getting for 5 days of biking, well 4 maybe, depends on Mother Nature.

Wow, did not know. Oh my. Hope as of today you have won the fight! I retired from teaching June 1, rode my bicycle abt 1,200 in 3 months. Found a part time job at Lisbon Cemetery and life goes on.
I fought hard the past two years to keep my job and with Athletics I was working two full time jobs.
I had your number and when I settled down for the night it would be too late to call. Last month I was looking for it and its somewhere.
So glad to hear from you.

My name is Vickie Mackall. Clara Morrow was my great aunt. She was the first and so far only female mayor of East Palestine. She died while in office. Her mother was a Badders. I know some old records are hard to read. Thank you for the flowers and note on her site.

|Sandi L||RE: James Lesnet group photo|
Hi Betty, In that Lesnet plot with the 4 markers are Nancy, the unknown Blue, the shared marker of James who died 6 Apr 1882 & his wife Elizabeth who died 18 Nov 1858 and then Eliza who was born in 1822 or 27 and died 1893.. I don't have a closeup of the Blue marker but when I go back to finish photographing the rest of the cemetery, I will be sure to get one.. I might even find Milton's Elizabeth there.. like I said it was so hot that day, we were just quickly looking for the obvious Lesnets & Wismans.. I didn't have the time nor the stamina to closely inspect all the markers in the manner I would have liked to.. So, can I go ahead and transfer all those new Wisman memorials I created to you?? I'll also go back thru all my cemetery folders and see if by chance I have any additional Lesnet & Wisman photos from the area.. If your Elizabeth Wisman Lesnet is buried in Williams County.. I will eventually find her for you.. I love these sorts of challenges.. it's kinda like being on a treasure hunt.. ;-)

|Sandi L||Lesnets & Wismans|
Hi Betty.. the heat was intense but we are seeing much needed relief today which is heading your way.. I've created several new memorials at West Bethesda in addition to the 2 Lesnets I sent you yesterday.. most of the new ones are Wismans so take a look and let me know which memorials you would like me to transfer if any.. you can have them all if you like.. and I was mistaken that Elizabeth Wisman Lesnets's parents were listed on her bio.. they weren't... Do you happen to know who her parents were?? A little more info will better enable me to find her.. I'll add her to the list of names I keep 'to be on the lookout for' while I'm searching the cemeteries..

|Sandi L||Elizabeth Wisman Lesnet|
Hi Betty.. I believe I can answer your question as to why Sarah Deweese Lesnet was buried at Riverside.. she is in the plot with her sister Rebecca Jane Deweese Davis & her husband William D. Davis.. I got to West Bethesda yesterday and snapped a few pics.. I wish I would have had the stamina to photograph the entire cemetery but it was almost 100 degrees so my daughter and I just searched for the Lesnets and Wismans.. I'm going to create memorials with pics for the new folks we found and then transfer them to you.. I did not find Milton's first wife Elizabeth.. unless she happened to be the 1 marker that was so worn down I was unable to read it.. this unknown Wisman was buried next to the Wismans, George died 25 July 1884 & Susannah died 5 March 1898.. I don't know who Elizabeth's parents were.. I know it's on her bio so I will re-read that to find out.. I'll give ya a heads up when they're all loaded..

|Sandi L||one last thought|
he very well could have purchased a plot at West Bethesda when he buried his first wife, but then ultimately wasn't buried there.. maybe for convienence sake Sarah had him buried in the same cemetery as her parents..

|Sandi L||RE: Milton Lesnet|
I've transfered him to you.. sorry to cause you confusion.. but when I saw the name I knew you had mentioned him in your message regarding the Deweese family.. He is buried there by himself.. there were no other Lesnets around him.. Sometimes what happens is when a family member isn't sure where their relative is buried they put out feelers.. posting memorials in several different cemeteries within the area.. I haven't been to West Bethesda yet.. there haven't been any requests posted for that cemetery.. but I did check out the page and see that many of the memorials there don't have photos attached.. so as soon as our 95 degree heat wave ends, next week, I'll get to Bethesda and photograph the markers of the other Lesnet family members for you.. maybe his first wife is actually there... and perhaps the second wife didn't want to bury him with her.. who knows.. but he is definately in Heritage, which is just a few miles from Bethesda, and he is buried alone.. altho, there are the 2 Deweese graves also in Heritage, that of James W. and his wife Anna.. were they the parents of Sarah??

|Sandi L||Milton Lesnet|
Hi Betty.. I remembered that in the last message you left for me you had stated that you were related to Milton Lesnet.. I happened to find a Milton Lesnet who died 15 Mar 1902 aged 64 yrs, 3 mos & 27 days.. He is buried in the Heritage Cemetery.. There wasn't a memorial created for him so I didn't know if you knew that he was buried there.. I went ahead and created one for him and if this is your Milton #92101762 I'll be glad to transfer him to you.. just let me know..
