|Sandy Cline (Littlejohn)||David Crockett Swor|
Would you look at memorial 135550764 for David Crockett Swor? He was born in TN, died in WV. Is he a son of George Washington Swor?
David's death certificate lists his mother as Mary Rogers and George's memorial has Mary Lemonds as his wife.
This is a link to David Crockett Swor's death certificate

|Tom Denardo||RE: Capt Pleasant Green Swor|
Thanks for your kind note. I have put together many ancestry trees for people and I maintain the grave records I have found for them. I maintain my records for numerous reasons. You added your records of pleasant and william swor 8 yrs after mine and Im okay with that. Its fine with me that you have your record of these two.

|Robert Braselton||Mouser headstone photos|
Do you think that the headstone photos for John Daniel Mouser and his wife, Anna Nube Nations Mouser are actually from the Oak Grove cemetery in Hempstead County, Arkansas? They are listed in both the Oakgrove Cemetery and the Madison D Hall cemetery and I am just trying to get some clarification on this. One contributor has told me that the headstones are shown in Oakgrove Cemetery in Arkansas headstone records. I am having dificulty linking family members when they are shown in both cemeteries. Any help on this will be greatly appreciated.

My husband's family are descendants
of the Venables. Our family records
go back to James Duncan Venable and
Catherine. I don't have much more
than what is on their memorial pages,
but the Norwood Family Tree on
Ancestry. com has William and Sarah
(Pinson) Venable as James' parents.
Maybe I have jumped the gun to assume
this to be true, but if incorrect I
certainly need to change information.
More research is in order!
Hope to hear from you.

|Sujava||William Henry Patterson|
I am working on Johnson Chapel Cemetery and just finished taking all photos of markers.
There is listed William Henry Patterson in Johnson Chapel, but there is no stone.
I see you have a memorial at Patterson Cem 47493347 also. Also noticed you took some photos there.
Did you find a marker for William Henry there? And should the Johnson Chapel one be removed? The McEvoy records states Johnson Chapel and his death record states Jackson Cem.
Any info would be appreciated.
Maybe I need to go to Patterson Cem next to take more photos. It is on my side of town. Is it easy to get to?

I had added the links you requested. Have you searched for Rebecca (Wood) Simmons in Bristol Co., Mass? RI borders fluctuated early on and she might have been buried in an area that is now part of MA. Seekonk, Swansea and Rehoboth might be a possibility.

Nope not related. My mother was an Eldridge. Good luck in your search.

Hi Laura: I'm not familiar with Alta Pearce. I have a Robert Summers in my genealogical files. He was from Webster County, Missouri, and I do not know if he is living or not.

|Robert Libby||Rhoda Ouick Patton parents|
I cannot do your request to link Rhoda # 80853997 to her parents as I am not the owner of her memorial only the owner of Rhoda's memorial can do this. You will have to contact him/her for that. I can build a link to her memorial in her parents memorials if you wish but it will not show her parents in Rhoda's memorial.
Best of luck.

|Charlotte Hardamon Coble||old cemeteries in Texas|
Laura, I have worked on committees to save old family cemeteries.... the ONLY way to get this cemetery preserved is to get a historical marker designation from the State of Texas. Call your local historical society and they will help you. Mansfield Historical Society in Mansfield, Tarrant, Texas has knowledge of this procedure. It is worth saving. Without it, new land owners can bulldoze the land without penalty. Good luck!

Thank you for the explanation. Sometimes the graves I that photo seem just that--a grave. But I always remember that this person lived and had a life just like I do and wonder about the story of this person's life.

You're very welcome! Question: I looked at Hallie's family and they are buried in so many different places. How did she come to be buried way out there in Forrester Cemetery in Terry County all alone? I've lived in Brownfield most of my life and never knew that cemetery was there until we went searching for it.

I photographed Albert Lee Swor in the Oakland Cemetery, Dallas TX. There is a request for Allen Swor, but the Albert Lee Swor, I photographed has the dates of Allan's headstone. I did not want to upload up until you tell that is the right one. Cheers, Annette

|Stone Seeker||Swor in McMillian Cemetery|
Since Ms.Robinson did not respond to my requests about the Swor duplicates in McMillian Cemetery I had the administration settle the matter. They merged the memorials together and I have now transferred them to you as I said I would.
If you need anything else please just let me know and I will be happy to accomodate.

I read about that on the bio of the person who sent me the latest correction that prompted me to send out the FYI message. Something just doesn't sound right about that cemetery sell situation. Hope for the best and someone who really cares takes appropriate action.
