RE: graves in Taft cemetery
Sorry, I was unable to locate the Bruch's. When I got back to my computer, I checked the online plot map of Taft Pioneer cem. It said where block 50 - lot 5 was. It was directly to the left of where I parked. I'm getting old, but I should of seen it if it was there. Hope someone else has better luck! take care, Marty

RE: Sherrett
Greetings, once again,

Thank you very much. It would be very nice to discover any obit, or funeral notices for the Sherrett family. They are scarce....

Bess wishes, Martin Burrell

Sorry!

Big mistake on the posting of his Oregon Death Certificate, ouch! I will take that one down now and put up the correct one. The other one was from his brother, Vernon Curtis Sherrett, and it was careless of me.

Thanks for the transfer and warning, Martin Burrell

Hubert E. Sherrett, FAG# 98582171
Greetings,

The family members can't find his memorial using Find A Grave because his surname is misspelled.

I only found it using the knowledge of where he was buried from family records.

Please, allow me have the custodianship of Hubert's memorial. I am a historian for the Sherrett family and I'm currently working at it full time. I have left his Oregon Death Certificate at his memorial.

Thank you for the all the work your doing and for locating his grave. All you need to transfer his memorial is my Find A Grave number that I'm giving to you.

Best Wishes, Martin Burrell (#46932334)

I made the addition to the site of her 1st husband. If you are a family member and would like to have the Buck sites and related sites I will transfer sites to you. Jim Buck and I were surprised to find that his Buck ancestor was traced back to Clark County, IL. I was born in the county to the north of Clark.

RE: Inez and Tony Knuth
I've been wanting to get back up to Riverside Cemetery to retake pictures. Yesterday was a gorgeous day. Section 8 where Inez and Tony are buried was originally photographed late in the day in 2008 and many of the pictures, while adequate, weren't the quality that I prefer to post. Lo and behold, there the Knuths were in the middle of markers I wanted to retake. They are buried with Earl and Edith Roice as well as Gladys Applegate. Ada and Charles Roice are buried on the next row. I added a photo of the plot to all seven listings. I wish I would have known when I got there where they were buried. When I arrived there were two first-year bucks bedded down next to Earl and Edith's markers.

Hello! I just viewed a memorial for Jerry Lee McWherter in Elk Grove CA. The Cemetery name shown if East Lawn Elk Grove Memorial Park.
I have the name for the same cemetery where his parents are buried as East Lawn Southgate Cemetery. Did the name change or is there two different ones? Thanks Barbara Hansen

Thank you for the information on Niilo Hill. I have made a note on his memorial that his ashes have not been interred, as of this date, but will keep the memorial as he will eventually end up in the Taft Cemetery.

Woody Gravesites
I just got your email and attachments with the other gravesites next to Samantha! That was so thoughtful of you...I didn't yet realize that James was right there also (with no headstone either, how sad). What a nice surprise that was for me as well. Thanks for going the extra mile!!

You're sweet,
Annie

Samantha Naillon Woody
Hi Carolyn~

I'm very grateful for the picture you took of Samantha Woody's gravesite, you did a beautiful job and it was a challenging shot (thanks for cropping out the power lines! Also, it healed a difficult interaction with another descendent that happened yesterday (not pleasant stuff and not worth repeating). I did not expect my request to be filled so soon and it has made me VERY happy today. Although I'm a distant descendent, I wish I could afford a headstone for Samantha.

I got your email and will be writing back soon with the info I have that you requested, haven't done a lot of research on the Woody's but some. I'm on the Naillon side. I'll get back to you!

Thanks Again~
Annie

It is possible she was buried under Thelma Minkler or Thelma Herman. I know her first husband is buried in the cemetery. Can you tell me the names of the two Lydas that you found? Thanks.
