RE: Florence Strive
Vicki, do you know if there is a grave marker for Florence Strive in the Wood Family plot at Ocean View? I have been working with Jim Strive and his father, Vincent, on their family history. Although I live in Georgia, I have been to Salt Lake many times to do research at the Family History Library. Thank you in advance for your help.

Garrett Ellis
I noticed that you mention Garrett Ellis as one of your ancestors. Can I ask which line? Mine is direct through Garrett II, Then III, Edward, Charles, Donald.

RE: Davis Homestead Family Cemetery
Thank you for replying so fast. I checked our Staten Island GEN-WEB and didn't see that cemetery. I guess I'll look around a bit more.

I went to the Rosedale C. in Linden, NJ today and found a BUTLER and added him. Just wanted to let you know because I saw that you are also searching for that name. Enjoy your day ;)

Hey Victoria,
I went to the Rosedale & Rosehill C. in Linden, NJ today and found a James K. Ellis (01/09/1970 - 03/26/1991). If he is family of yours do you want to add him and I add the pic for you? Jess

RE: William R. Ellis
I deleted mine. Just don't know which of your William Ellis is correct. The name AND the dates are incorrect. Let me know which is the right one and I add the pic.

RE: William R. Ellis
I just delete mine and add the picture to yours and you change it accordingly and I add the pic. How does that sound ;)? So it's yours!

Thank you so very much for trying to find her little grave marker for me. It is hard when some of the markers are so old that they are no longer readable, or they have been buried under the earth after so many years. God Bless.

Thank you for trying to find the marker of Richard Worthington. I am sure that you are right about stones being unreadable or buried under the grass. God bless.

There may be thousands of peoples family memeber's that may never be found due the unreadable marker's and being under the grasses. Thank you so much for trying to take the photos for me. God Bless you and yours.

RE: Thank you!
Hello Ms.Firth, I noticed that you did not record the date of birth/death for Mildred Tasker. The stone is kind of messed up from something I could not clean off, but I did manage to clear the dates. They are 1913~2004. I guess it was not too clear in the picture. As for the others whose names are not carved on the stones nor have pillows been placed, you might want to delete their names from the search list. I will still try to find Frances Strive and John Murphy at the cemetery office to see if they could be somewhere else.

A Marine's Daughter
RE: Wayne Murray
Thanks. No, biggy. He was my cousin, but was old enough to be my father. I never knew him. I was looking for him while organizing a family reunion when I found he'd passed away and also had two infant children who'd died.

RE: Thank you
I found a lot of other photographs you might be interested in.
There were 3 names in the Dailey Section with 2 other headstones with just initials. I also found 3 other headstones in the Garrett Ellis Section. It's a very old cemetery so I basically walked around for a while and found a couple other headstones with the same name. I'm going to send them your way. Maybe there's a connection with the family your looking for

Thanks for thne headstone photo of my cousin, Wayne's baby, Wayne Jr. I live in Montana and don't get to Utah too often. I appreciate it immensely. However, you also put the baby's headstone photo on Wayne Sr.'ms page. Didn't Wayne Sr. have one?

Ralph Anderson in Grantsville Cemetery
I appreciate your efforts I will call the cemetery and see what his status is. I would imagine he was buried by his father. I am not sure if his wife put up a headstone or not yet and that might be the problem of why you can't locate it.
Thanks again! :)
