RE: George Dugan
You're welcome. I also added memorials for his wife and son who were next to him.

I have posted pictures of their markers. Sorry they are not that good, but a boxwood has grown over the marker. I had to reach over the marker and hold the camera inside the bush to get these pictures.

You're welcome. Sorry there is no marker. He is buried in a section of the cemetery where only 21 out of 68 graves have a marker. I don't think it is a pauper's section, but I'm not positive about that.

You can view the lot map at:

I added a second picture, which I think that you can read better. The inscription says MAM2 USNR

Did you know that even though George Patton is buried in France with his troops, his statue guards this cemetery? This was his home church and his family is buried here.(The Episcopal Church of Our Saviour)

I had to keep a look out for the local wild coyotes while taking this photo.

Thank you for including the plot location.

All the best,

That photo is a default on every page for Rose Hills. I haven't found Ellen yet. This morning I mistakenly posted a photo of Helen's grave on Ellen's page. I need a day or two to find Ellen.

RE: Marriner headstones
Unfortunately yes.. there is no headstone at that location... You can see in the picture that I have a special probing tool specifically for buried gravestones... that I used to double check the area below the grass. Perhaps Westminster cemetery has another location I can check..? Take care

RE: Thank you

You are certainly welcome. I had a little time so I improved W. Stone's grave photo. You may wish to take another look. Should have done this the first time but was rushing with 20+ photos at the National Cemetery yesterday.

You're very welcome. As I said it really came from S. Condotta, I just added it. Have a wonderful day! Luci
