warm wishes
The year has turned its circle,
The seasons come and go.
The harvest all is gathered in
And chilly north winds blow.
Orchards have shared their treasures,
The fields, their yellow grain,
So open wide the doorway-
Thanksgiving comes again!

Hope you are feeling Spring coming on. We had 3 days in the 50's, and now are getting 3 days of cold rain :-( Wanted to ask a quick favor... A former classmate of mine just joined FindAGrave and I told her how kind and supportive folks were on here. If you have a moment to visit her dad she might see what I mean. Thanks if you can. Take good care.

holiday wishes
I have actual high speed access (instead of terribly slow dial-up) for the next 1 and 1/2 hours while away from my mom's house, so wanted to get a note off to you to wish you and yours a blessed holiday season. I hope that family, friends, the beauty of the season and your own spirituality combine to make this an unforgettable holiday. May God bless. I hope to visit your loved ones closer to Christmas.

just a quick note...
to send good wishes your way for Thanksgiving. My mom is coming home from hip surgery recovery so I'm getting set for fulltime caregiving, and will be offline for a bit, but we are surely giving thanks. Thanks too for your friendship and visits to my dear ones, it means a lot. Take good care and hope you and yours enjoy a blessed holiday.

happy 4th
Just wanted to say hi, and hope you and yours are well. Thanks for reminding me about the Rainbow Bridge story - I did pass that on to my nephew. He was pretty surprised by how kind people were and how many of them there were who honored his dog. His dad kind of sniffed and said the dog has mourners from all over the world.. and he's right, and should be so lucky whenever his time comes. Take good care and have a great 4th.

Hi, Clinton,
Thank you for remembering my Akhee!

Take Care,

thank you
I'm so glad you were glad to do it. Your recent visit to Doggy, aka Pisu, my young nephew's dog, is very much appreciated. No doubt you understand that he and his family have been struggling to come to terms with this sad passing. It's "trendy" now to have a Western purebred dog, so common street dogs are on the lower rungs of the dog hierarchy there; still, this dog was much loved and is greatly missed. Pisu was a gem of a dog with a fine heart, and visits like yours will help my nephew know that is is right to mourn and remember those rare creatures who win our love and give it right back. Thanks very much for supporting my nephew and his family, and for remembering Pisu.

a favor to ask
Hi there. I hope you are well. I'm writing this once with kind of an unusual request: my nephew's dog has just passed away (very tragically), and if you have the time to visit a memorial to his dear Pisu it might help him with his grief. Hopefully it will show him people care, and that it's ok to grieve the loss of your dog. Thanks very much if you're able to do this, or have friends who'd be willing to.

Thank you for leaving a birthday token for my Dad. It means a lot to me.

Your sponsorship of Dad's memorial introduced me to the joy that sponsorship brings. Thank you for that too.
