|Virginia Combs||Hannah Truesdell|
I'm interested in Hannah Truesdell who is mentioned as a child of Richard Truesdell, Jr (memorial #34084315)
My husband recently had his dna tested through Ancestry and one of his matches has her on his family tree. Apparently Hannah married Nathaniel Shaw and the two of them moved to Ontario.
Do you have any further information on Hannah? Other than your memorial for her father, I have not been able to find a source for her background.
Would appreciate your help!

|S-P Allison||George Patterson|
On your site for George W. Patterson, #11227065, you have him born in West Point, Morrow County, OH. Do you have a source for that? All the records I have searched have him listed as being born in West Point, or in Ohio, but no county mentioned. There is a West Point in Columbiana County, where he eventually lived, but I have pretty much ruled that out. Sooooo, if you have a source, I would really like it to complete the birth info on him. He is my 2G grandfather.

The program would not let me post my suggestion for Rosanna's parents because Rosanna's husband had already been listed correctly by you. I tried to leave him in the box as you had posted him, but the program kept throwing out my suggestion for Rosanna's parents unless I removed Rosanna's husband. The program kept telling me that there was no need for me to post him again, since the link for her husband had already been made. Have you never had this problem before? I have been forced to remove spouses many times before to list the person's parents, but I was not aware that the suggestion was made to the creator of the webpage that the spouse was incorrect when I simply removed him/her. I assumed the spouse would be left alone as is unless I entered a new number to replace the old one. I wonder how many correct spouses have been removed because of this glitch in the program, & my assumptions? I should have checked.

|SimonH||Rosanna Powell Searcy|
Please do not remove Stephen Jones Searcy #42765011 as Rosanna's husband from her page. The program would not allow me to enter her parents' link until I removed his name from my suggestion page. I just found out that this deletion shows up on your page as Spouse 1 Unknown. I don't know how to override the program to fix this. Sorry for the hastle.

|Sonya Fenton Preston||Houze family|
Hello my name is Sonya and my husband has never really known that much about his family farther than his grandmother Wilma Houze Louden until recently we found the marriage certificate of her mother and father. Grant J Houze and Bertha Loniaker. As I look up more information I find the name James Grant Houze and Lonaker instead of Loniaker. I know she had a brother and a sister that have both passed but would really like to know more about the family for our kids. I know they were from Indiana and that Grant died Sept 1st 1978 which happens to have been my husbands 1st Birthday. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

|jes.tomac101||Eunice Thomas Truesdell|
Hi Susan, My name is Jessica and I'm researching my Thomas ancestors. Thanks for your work posting graves on FindAGrave. I love this site and use it often.
I am interested in your source information for the above person who is buried in Mt Hope Cemetery, Athens, Greene Co, NY. I believe there is a mistake in her birth year and location. I have a Eunice Thomas b 9 Jan 1755 in Tyringham MA (see http://www.rootsweb.ancestry.com/~maberksh/towns/tyringham/tyr-b-nz.html) who I believe is the woman who married William Truesdell III.
Among my reasons for believing this is that the source http://freepages.genealogy.rootsweb.ancestry.com/~lzrslong/b3966.htm#P171564 lists her as married in 1774 (or earlier, since one of her children listed there was born 1773), which would make her only 12 or 13 at the time if she was born in 1761.
Although she is not a direct ancestor, I believe her to be sister of my 4x great grandfather and I am trying to use the Truesdell connection to prove other siblings of my ancestor.
Thanks for your help!

Hi, Wondering where you found the information on John Houze being the son of John Valentine House and Sarah Harbison. Look at this link
I have found no evidence of a John Houze in this family..Their are 3 other John Valentine House( Haus) families that are german in origin...John Valentine House and Sarah Harbison are English..and would not spell the name Houze( germanic spelling.) There is lots of incorrect information on the web...so its hard to deterimine proper linage...please let me know where you got your source information...maybe together we can sort out the difference in information. My 4th great grandparents are Jacob House and Catharine Bottorff, and are well documented with sources found in historical societies, and not found on the web...except for the link I placed above...The House line is a difficult one to follow.

I am a little confused, because I found two stones for two Henry Brambletts, one born in 1811 married to Anne E., and one (which you say is a duplicate) born 1815 and died 1881, which is a different stone. I placed the photo of the one married to Ann E. with your memorial--the year of birth does not match your date-- and the other has its own. Are you saying one person had two stones? I will leave the memorial as it is until we know whose stone is whose, if you can help me with that. Thanks,
