Caroline Blevins in Lindley Prairie
The census said that Caroline had 6 children and three living in 1900. Caroline and George are living with a son named Wilkes Earl, born in July, 1882. I believe that my grandmother probably had R H Neg. My grandfather said to Pearl that Jerrie was the 15th peg. 3 sons had lived. My daughter is R H neg. and my husband and I are positive. The census said that Caroline married in 1863 and Pearl was born in 1874. Did Samuel and Iona J. have any dates?

Pearl Blevins Cooper was my step grandmother. My father's mother past away when he was 18 months, so Pearl was like a mother to him. Caroline Blevin's is Pearl mother. My grandfather, Charley Cooper past away 7 or 10 days before Caroline and Pearl buried her beside Charley. Thanks for the help.

I listed Jewel Find a Grave at Lindley Prairie and wondered where her grave is. Could you please tell us where? We will take a picture of her rock.
A few weeks ago, we drove up to Grandma Pearl grave and took pictures of her and Floyd's graves. We also stopped at Hardin and look up Lewis and Besses. Our family were close to Bess and Lewis. My Mom talked to Bess all the time. It got dark and was to late to go by Excelsior Springs, where Jerlie and Ila are buried. They are only 20 some miles away.
Thank You for your help and very happy to know anyone of Grandma Pearl family.

Your complaint about the photograph with the backhoe should be directed to the person who posted the photo graph, Jenna Zunker. I have no control over what photos others place on the site.

I still haven't found out how that person took your Memorials. Have you found out anything? I have worked so hard on Find A Grave, researching for information and obituaries. I get so tired of the critisism from certain people. One of them stalks my Memorials and is always telling me I have done something wrong. I really like this site and want to keep doing what I am but I can't take much more. One lady got so sick of these people she transferred all her Memorials to me and quit the site. That is sad. I hope things are better for you. Marsha

RE: Hello
I hope you find out how he did it, that is not right. You could write to the Find A Grave board. There is this lady who hounds me about every little thing she doesn't like and she notified the board about something. They emailed me. Marsha

How did you lose your Memorial's. I think some I put in now are under different names. I am just curious. My name is Marsha too. I live in Callaway County, Mo.

There is a road that runs west to east in the cemetery and it is named "Ruth". Fairview cemetery is north of that line and New Hope where your Grandfather is buried is south of that line.

Marsha - Yes, her husband Nils is next to her, I added the info you sent to her memorial. Let me know if you have anything further to add. Good luck on your search for her mother Augusta. I follow Find A Grave guidelines on tranfers, suggest you look into virtual cemeteries in Find A Grave where you can gather family members together regardless of location or who added memorial. See my profile for examples.

RE: Pearl Blevins Cooper
Grandma Pearl was a great person. I think her son, Lewis and his wife, Bess are also buried there. Her two daughters, Jerrie and Ila are buried in Excelsior Springs, beside each other. Jerrie is also beside her second husband, Thorold Dankirk. Bess's funeral was the last time I was at Brayner. My mother was very good friends with Bess & Lewis. Jerrie was one of my favorite aunts. Ila moved back here in the early 70's. Jerrie was the only one to have children and her three sons are all passed. Her youngests, Joe was younger then I. I'am 69. Very nice talking with you. Shirley

Caroline Blevins in Lindley Prairie
My grandparents is Charrlie and Corda Frances Cooper. Caroline was Charlie mother in law with his second wife, Pearl. Caroline and Charlie died 10 days apart. Pearl was the only mother my father could remember. Cordie died when he was 18 months old. My dad love Pearl and her children very much. My father saw Pearl a lot when we moved to Kansa City in 1956 and saw her while in the hospital before dying. So happy you answer the question I had about Caroline. Are you a member of Caroline's family? We decorate in May and we always decorate Caroline's grave. Jerlie, Pearl and Charlie daughter put up the Blevins rock . She died in 1980.

Your Easley's
Interesting to hear about how your Easley's came to MO, sounds like ours who live in Exsilor Springs, MO. Would like to know more so my daughter will know more about the origins of her mom's (Rose Lee Easley) family.

RE: Old Easley Cemetery
Directions: At Golden, Nr on J Highway, left on FR 2260 1/2 mile until FR 1215 that turns left
it's about 1/10 of mile
There is no road or gate, the only way to get to it is to go under a wire fence
The cemetery is not fenced & is in a large field
Hope this helps

RE: WOWZA didnt know you where on here
Oh, well yea we've had an account for years. But we only started volunteering for a few months. It's been fun walking some of these cemeteries. I knew you had an account, but didn't think you were on here much. That and I have no idea how to search for the living! Thanks for finding us! We love this website. The history we have learned has been awesome. Talk soon.
Kristy & Scott!
