RE: Robbie G Doughty
Naomi Doughty McCartney and Richard Moreland Doughty are first cousin born one month and 5 days apart. They grew up together on the east side of Tullos. Francis or as called Nim McCartney and Naomi moved around from parts of present day LaSalle, Franklin and Winn parishes. Their children are also about the same ages. Eunice was born just a little behind Alvin Oliver. Jasper was born about the same time as Henry my grandfather. Henry was born the same day his uncle Philip was born one house down. Richard Moreland youngest brother. It was a very close knit family at that time but jobs to help raise large families were not always there.Just a little family trivia. Robbie G Doughty mother comes from the Allbritton side of the equation Where Nancy Doughty Poole Sister to Reuban Doughty and father to Richard and grandfather to Archibald. So the Allbritton,Rogers,Poole,Doughty,West,Kitterlin,Cockerham,Miles,Kent,Morgan,Pirkle, Young, Tarver and etc family meets up with the McCartney, Gilcrease, Jeter, Miles, Covington, Davis family

Cryer Creek Cemetery
I hope things are well for you and your family. We've exchanged emails on occasions but I wanted to thank you for all your contributions. I see your name on FindAGrave and we appreciate your time and effort.
I'm currently President of the Cryer Creek Cemetery Assoc and wanted to invite you and others to our Annual meeting. The meeting is scheduled for May 22nd (3;00PM) at the Cemetery. By that time I hope to have most of the New Plot Survey complete. As you may or may not know, our plot survey was lost sometime ago. Starting over is a lot of WORK!!! Nonetheless, I'm happy to do it as I find it interesting and on occasions get to meet great people like yourself. If you can't make the meeting I completely understand but please spread the word as I would love to get more people involved and serve on our Board.
Blessing to you and yours,

Jon Thomas

Hi Nora
Sorry it took me so long but the McCartney cemetery is now correct. Thank you for letting me know of the duplecates. When I created the McCartney cemetery there were only my 5 memorials. You must have moved yours from another cemetery to that one. Buts its cool. With my health i can no longer do so no problem. I just enjoyed it while I was able.
Have a blesed night
Good hunting and God bless.

Janie L. Robertson Whitard - # 18246371
Nora, the parent links you provided for Janie (b. 1907) were for Elijah Robertson (b. 1911) and Nelle Robertson (b. 1914). Perhaps he was her brother, but he couldn't be her father.

Henry falkner/ Henry Faulkner and Verlie Mae Faulkner Guyon!!!
I hate to bother you but you created my great grandfather's account. He is listed as Henry T. Falkner on here but I recently visited his grave and his head stone reads Henry T. Faulkner. I'm going to upload the picture to his memorial page. Also I have found where my great Aunt Verlie Mae Faulkner Guyon was supposed to have been buried in the same cemetery in 1924 and her grave was left unmarked how can I locate where her grave is??? I'd like to find it so I could mark it with something! !!!

This singe wrong Frank Doughty listed as Robert Lee's son. They had a son named Frank but he died in the 80's. He was my great Uncle and Robert Lee was my Great Grandfather.

Hi Nora, I am a little confused by this one myself. Robert Jackson is buried in the Nashville National Cemetery and was posted by the US Veteran's Affairs. I am thinking they have posted the wrong spouse for Mr Jackson. First chance I get, I will go back to the Hawthorne cemetery and double check the headstone. It needs a headstone picture taken anyway. Sorry, Nora, but the one you identified as Martha's father is shown to have died 6 years before her birth so I'm wondering if the one you identified as her mother might be erroneous as well. Bill
