Hi Lynda,

Sorry that the email was returned I guess when I put in the info I didn't realize that I capitalized the w. I have since corrected that. Thanks for all you have done to my mother-in-laws site. I just done understand why her one sister is in there twice. Could it be that Mount Pisgah Baptist Church Cemetery is in there twice?

Thanks again,

Toni

RE: Allen Family monuments
Your welcome,
I found the Allen's on the King memorial for J.W.E. King and so I uploaded a picture of that person as well, but the lighting wasn't so good on that side of the stone and it's hard to read. Maybe you know J.W.E. King as well.
Best Wishes
Rebecca

RE: Memorial# 145112015
Or the obituary or newspaper had misinformation. A Columbarium has coverings and if someone took the time to have remains placed behind them then I find it highly unlikely no engraving was ever done since 2006/2007. There are several where the spouse name is already listed and just waiting for interment to add a death date.

The three records missing a grave photo were all added by people relying on an obituary/newspaper and not a caretaker or proof of interment there.

I see you added John Joseph O'Neill to the Florida - Flagler County - Palm Coast - St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Columbarium.

I was there today found 21 of 24 names missing grave photos. John is one of those I did not find there. Considering his 2007 death date I have to wonder if his remains were ever placed there or not.

Miriam Tierney from 2006 is another one I never spotted.

I'm guessing you add people without seeing a marker for them at the place. I would think remains that old at the Columbarium would not be behind a blank panel, but possible. If you come up with a wall number for either of these people I can try looking again.

I am going to research this family further. I may be able to get the photo of Isaac and wife. I will keep you posted. The d on the last name is confusing, I will try to figure it all out. Amy

RE: Carey mcclellan
My pleasure to help ! I have plot maps that I got from the cemetery office on every section of the that cemetery. It makes it so much easier to find their locations. I will be working on getting the requests filled at Greenwood. There are so many ! I am trying to find the oldest first and I am re-checking the requests that have problems listed to see if I can resolve them in any way. Best of luck to you, Amy

RE: Robert W. McClellan
I went back to Greenwood today and took a closer look at the monument. I still can not make out the dates, the monument is very hard to read. The names are pretty clear. The name on the monument for his wife says Elizabeth Barr and she is listed in their online burial records under the name Elizabeth (Barr) McClellan. Carey is also listed there in the same plot, so if you add a memorial for him, I will add my pictures to it. Thanks, Amy lynn

RE: Robert W. McClellan
Two sides are inscribed, the -Erected by Carey- is the side the sun was shining on. The side in the shade had Robert and wife dates and name inscribed. It was difficult to get a clear photo because of the height of inscription. I saw no individual headstones, just the monument. I will go back today and try to get a better picture of wife's name from the monument. I will check on Carey also. Regards, Amy Lynn

According to my profile page I do not accept edits; however, I am happy to transfer as long as the memorials are not of my family.

Simply access each memorial you want transferred and make the request from there.

Thank you.

I did go back and examine the marker more closely. I agree that his year of birth is 1913. I will make the edit.
Thank you

RE: Velma McClellan
I and my 5 siblings had Velma McClellan as our English teacher in Ritzville High School--spanning the year of 1948-1958. She was a 'tough' teacher, but I know when she went to the 'teachers lounge' that she probably had a good laugh on some of the antic of her students. In my class there were 12 girls and 24 boys. She was also our class advisor for a couple of years.

She always wore red or black dresses and red lipstick and her black hair was always styled just perfect.

I will see what I can find on her sister, if possible. Cheers

Your memorial for Constance Fleishel Rooney is a duplicate and was made after another one. You have also placed her in the wrong cemetery. Could you please delete your memorial.

RE: Frank C. Dickman
The lady gave me a printout of that section and put a mark next to the one who was Frank. The list only has last names and what plots everyone is in, no burial dates or anything. Block 1 is one of the oldest sections of the cemetery and there are more names on that list than headstones in that section. I wish now I had asked her for info on other Dickmans buried there. I won't be back that way for about another 6 months, but when I do, I'll ask if his wife is one of them, and who the others are. I wouldn't be at all surprised if she is with him as I've often found folks buried with their first spouse even though they'd remarried afterward. :)

I don't know if you are related to Gerald Buss or not, if not I would appreciate if you would transfer the management of his memorial to me. Gerald is my cousin. I would like to include a complete obituary for him.

Jesse Ralph Adams #156656373
Hello, Lynda
Today I received a message from a Find-A-Grave contributor telling me that my memorial for Jesse Ralph Adams (#159825870) duplicates the memorial you put up for him earlier in the year. I was unaware of your memorial at the time I created one for him. Jesse (Ralph) was my brother-in-law who I have known and loved for over 70 years. He is buried next to my sister who predeceased him. I created my memorial once his grave marker was finally installed after having to be redone due to defects. I appreciate the fine memorial that you created for Jesse, but I would prefer to keep and manage the one I created, both for sentimental reasons and so I can continue connecting relatives together for his and my families. This is very important to me. Thanks so much for your consideration.
