|Merritt Blakeslee||David Pise|
You created the find-a-grave listing for David Pise. Thank you very much.
On that listing, you included a portrait of Rev. Pise. Can you please tell me the source of the portrait and how I might obtain a high-resolution copy.

|Pamela Thompson||Gravestone Photo Permission|
I am happy to see that you photographed the gravestone of Warren Halford in Glendale Cemetery (Memorial# 74914838).
I would like to add this gravestone photo to the (non-profit) Alford American Family Association's collection of Illinois Obituaries, where his obituary is (or will be) included. You can see the current collection at http://www.alfordassociation.org/OBITS/ILOBIT.htm.
May I have your permission to include your gravestone photos? If so, the photo caption will say:
Photo from [cemetery name, city, county, state]—www.findagrave.com
Permission granted by the photographer, TX Taphophile [or your name if you prefer]
And thanks so much for your gravestone photo work!

|Ginger Smith||Henry Morgan, Albany GA|
I am a niece of Henry Morgan and am doing a great deal of work on him. I will be going to Albany tomorrow, in fact. I will research court records, if there are any for the years he practiced law.
I hope to have a marker in town for him one day. He was very interesting and no one in this family knew about him, as he had no children.
I have some data on him, but I think you have more. Would you contact me when convenient? I know he is listed in the 1903 and/or 1904 DU books, but I am not familiar with the one listed on your site. Are you a DU member?

They are building a new highway bypassing Lawrenceburg. Sowell cemetery is by the side of the new highway. We drove past and decided to go back and photograph it. Someone had cleaned it up. The cemetery is on a little hill, it has a beautiful view. You can see the remains of the old road.

Hi, Craig: I wonder if we can try something else. If I manage to scan those photos onto my computer, may I have your permission to put them in my book? I will need your last name for photo credits. Natalie

|Natalie Woodall||RE: Julia Moore family stone|
Hi, Craig: Thanks for responding so quickly. The pictures I referred to in previous message pertained to Julia Louisa Adriance Moore,daughter Alice, son Walter, and Walter's twin, Rev.George Seymour Adriance Moore. The stone, located in Greenwood Cemetery, Decatur, Illinois, is in the form of a cross. I found the family when I typed Moore into surname box. Alice's name came up first. Julia was b.1853 in Oswego, New York and died in 1932 in Decatur area. Rev. George Moore was born in 1880 and died in 1942. I can provide more information in exchange for the pictures. My book has been accepted for publication and I need all photos by June 15. Rest assured I will give you photo credits for whatever I use. Many thanks for your assistance. Natalie J. Woodall

|Connie WEEAKS Pace||Buster Bennett Montgomery|
Thank you for taking the time to try and locate little Buster's headstone. Most of his family are the Montgomery's buried in the Berrys Creek Cemetery. Makes me feel fairly sure is he also. Thanks again, Connie

Thank you so much for looking for Walter Wiggins #8467702, including your visit to the library to see that he is really there, but unmarked. A photo of the family plot would be great. It is a sad surprise that he doesn't have a marker, especially since he died in WWII. Thank you for your work!

|C.S.||RE: Pardee Death|
Hi TX, Thanks for the info on his place of death. I thought it was somewhere in Colorado, as I read several months ago he was placed in a hospice facility near Denver. But one of the news stories after his death implied Houston so that's what I listed as. I wrote to him several years ago and he replied to me. He was also a great player and coach.
Thanks again for your help!

|Misty OKane||Sowell cemetary|
I went looking for it today and did not find. will try again. Looks like it is someones back yard, in the woods possibly. Everyone I have asked has no idea about this cemetary. When I find it I will photo area, Mary, Joseph and any other Sowell family. I think it is an old family cemetary only. I will see what I can find
