Oh, my! Some days ago you asked if I would transfer your mother memorial to you. You request must have slipped through the cracks and I almost forgot about it until I read her obit in today's Port Huron Times Herald. My apologies. I have just finished making the transfer today, 10/17/2016.

OOPS! again. Wendell's name has replaced Wilson. Let me know if there are any other corrections. Thanks, Bob.

OOPS!
Concerning my previous note to you. Forget the last paragraph. Had I check more closely I would have noticed that you live in Pennsylvania, not the Thumb. And that your folks were married in 1947. I and my class were born in 1942-43 area, before your time.

With egg-on-my-face, Bob Adrian

Re: Mrs. Donna Wilson Taylor, Memorial #169952995

Thank you very much for you suggestions for Mrs. Taylor's memorial.

Concerning "Wendell Howard Wilson" d. 1982. There is in the list of siblings a "Howard Wilson", d. 1982. Might this be the same? I have corrected the sibling list from "Howard Wilson" to "Wendell Howard Wilson". If they are indeed not the same person, please let me know and I will correct the correction. By the way, I could not find a memorial for either name in Find-A-Grave.

Concerning "Fort Gratiot". I am afraid that here I am going to stay with the original Kaatz obituary. While Fort Gratiot could be considered a suburb of Port Huron, Fort Gratiot Township is actually a charter township in its own right. It abuts Port Huron north side city limits. The Blue Water Lodge retirement is located on Keewahdin Rd (which I believe may be the boundary line between Port Huron and Fort Gratiot Township).

I hope that you will agree with this argument concerning the adamancy of people living in either community not to be confused with the other.

Again, than you for you suggestions. It shows that you care about you family history and individuals. Do you still live in the Thumb area? I graduated from Yale High School in 1961 and there was a Jim Wilson in our class...however, I know the "Wilson" name is quite prevalent in St. Clair and Sanilac counties.
