MARTHA LOUISE DODGE: Goldsboro NC; 80, of 702 S HardingDrive, died Sunday at her residence. Among her survivors is a daughter, Jean Lincoln-Goldsboro. Funeral arrangements are incomplete at Howell Funeral Home & Crematory of Goldsboro.

MARTHA L DODGE--80: sied Sunday [5-30] at her Goldsboro NC residence. Born 13 Aug 1923 in Ashtabula OH, she was a dau of the late ClarenceH & AltheaR Tripp Baker. A long time Andover resident, MrsDodge had lived in Goldsboro NC since 1997. She was a nurses aide working in several nursing homes & with Home Health Care for over 20 years. She was a member of the Andover First United Methodist Church, where she was active in the United Methodist Women; the Jefferson Depot Club; the American Legion, PercyD Hyatt Post #226 Auxiliary for over 40 years, serving in various offices including president & the 55 and Over Club. MrsDodge enjoyed puzzles & reading the Bible.
Survivors include 3 daughters: JeanO Lincoln-GoldsboroNC, CharlotteM Jones-Bradenton FL & DebbyA Burlingame-HotSpringsAR; a brother: RalphG Baker-Andover OH; 7 grandchildren & 7 gr-grandchildren. She married GordonN Dodge on 09 Nov 1946 & was preceded in death by him on 20 May 1999. She was also preceded in death by her parents & a sister-Mabel Smith.
A Memorial Service will be held Friday afternoon 2 Jul 2004 at the First United Methodist Church-Andover. Burial of cremated remains to follow in HayesCemetery-WayneTwp. Arrangements by Baumgardner Funeral Home-Andover.
