The Huntsville Times, Wednesday, January 5, 1972: A funeral for Adell Cobb, 33, of Rt. 1, New Market, who died Monday in Huntsville Hospital will be Thursday at 2 p.m. at Locust Grove Baptist Church. Burial will be in Cochran Cemetery with Spry Funeral Home directing. Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Edna F. Cobb (Edna Frances Wright); three sons, Arlan Eugene Rounds, Wayne Cobb and Douglas Cobb, all of New Market; parents, Mr. and Mrs. James Cobb, Salinas, Calif.; two brothers, James W. Cobb, and J. C. Cobb, both of Salinas Calif.; six sisters, Mrs. Emma Lee Williams, Mrs. Rosie Crabb, Miss Linda Cobb, Miss Mary Cobb, Miss Lucile Cobb, and Miss Madeline Cobb, all of California.
