W.L. Alfred, 44, 1108 North J st., president of the Alfred Cigar Co., 1152 Pacific avenue, died at a local hospital Friday. He was a resident of Tacoma for 20 years.
He is survived by his widow, Edna M.; one son, Jerry, and one daughter, Mrs. Alva Roberts, Tacoma.
He was a member of the Elks, Eagles, Woodmen of the World, 100 Per Cent Club and Chamber of Commerce. The body was removed to the Gaffney parlors pending funeral arrangements.
