John T. "Jack" Simonton, 69, of Sanders, died Monday at Carroll County Memorial Hospital, Carrollton. He was a retired employee of Ford Motor Co., Louisville, and an Army veteran.
Survivors include his wife, Wanda Keeton Crawford Simonton; a daughter, Teresa L. Simonton Miles of Carrollton; stepsons, Dennis Crawford, Grover Crawford and Doug Crawford, all of Sanders; a brother, Kenneth S. Boswell of Louisville; one grandchild and two great-grandchildren.
Services will be at 1 p.m. Thursday at Tandy-Eckler-Riley Funeral Home, Carrollton. Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. Burial will be in Dallasburg Masonic Cemetery, Wheatley.
Memorials are suggested to American Cancer Society, 6612 Dixie Highway, Suite 2A, Florence, Ky. 41042.
