We regret to learn that Judge Thomas B. Nesbit died at his home in Pomona, California, on Sunday, June 22.
He was for many years a most respectable citizen of Callaway County, Missouri and prominent in business and political circles having filled several offices to the satisfaction of the people. From failing health he gave up his business affairs in Fulton, Missouri to his son. Rev. Walter Nesbit, and made his home on the Pacific Slope.
