Paul James Coulter, age 60, of Wynne, formerly of Marianna, died Wednesday, Oct. 6, 1999, in Little Rock. He was born May 15, 1939, in Lee County and was the son of Dee Paul Coulter and Mattie Ruth Pounds Coulter. He was a carpenter and a farmer. He is survived by his father and step-mother, Dee and Margrette Coulter of Moro; three daughters, Rebecca Capps of Lynn, Ark., Paula McGee of Wynne and Paulette Evans of Star City; three brothers, Carl Coulter of West Memphis, Robert Coulter of Morrilton and Wayne Coulter of Marianna; two sisters, Jean Woodruff of Fort Smith and Margie Harris of Aubrey; and 14 grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife, Naomi Coulter and his mother. Visitation will be held Friday, Oct. 8, 1999, from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. at Morgan Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral services will be held Saturday, Oct. 9, 1999, at 2 p.m. at Morgan Funreal Home Chapel with Rev. Gaylen Hendrix officiating with burial following in Oak Grove Cemetery in Moro under the direction of Morgan Funeral Home
