Mrs. Binkley is survived by one son, Larry Binkley of Tracy, Calif.; one daughter, Connie Swearengen of Carthage; two sisters, Dorothy Reinebach and Donna Bower, both of Quincy, Ill.; one brother, Ronald Belker of St. Louis; four grandchildren, Melissa Meister of Columbia, Michelle Ham, Stephen Swearengen of Platte City and Amie Riley of Carthage; and eight great-grandchildren.
Her husband and a brother, Clarence Belker, died earlier.
