Norman Adler, 57, of Rochester dies

Norman, H. Adler, 57, of 4230 Viola Rd. N.E., a lifelong area resident, died of cancer Tuesday (Dec. 24, 1991) in St. Marys Hospital.

Mr. Adler was born June 30, 1934, in Wabasha County. On Feb. 22, 1953, he married Darlene Thompson in Rochester. They farmed in rural Rochester.

Mr. Adler served in the Korean War. He was a member of Bethel Lutheran Church. Mrs. Adler is employed at Mayo Clinic.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by a daughter, Shana, at home; two sisters, Doris Ritter of Oronoco and Marilyn Jenson of Chester, Minn. A brother preceded him in death.

The funeral will be 11 a.m. Saturday in Bethel Lutheran Church with the Rev. John E. Friedli officiating. Burial will be in Oakwood Cemetery.

There will be no visition or reviewal.

Memorials are suggested to Tri-County Hospice or Bethel Lutheran Church.
