Daughter of George P. Jackson and Zilpha M. Colvin, Martha was the last surviving child from a family of five. She was predeceased by three brothers, Hollis George "Holly," Fredson William "Fred" and Hiram Jackson as well a a twin sister, Mary, who died in 1892.

Died After Brief Illness

Mrs. Martha M. Barber, who had operated a tourist home, Cedar Hedge, for many years our Maple Ave., died last night at her residence after a short illness. She was the widow of the late Allison E. Barber.

Survivors include a brother, George Butler, and several nieces and nephews.

The funeral will be held at the Bussing Funeral Home Monday at 2 p.m. The Rev. Howard L. Stimmel, pastor of the First Methodist Church, will officiate. Burial will be in Greenridge Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home Sunday from 7 to 9 p.m.
