Andrews--After a short illness, Jan. 29, 1892, Mrs. Elisabeth Walker Andrews, aged 77 years, 6 months and 12 days.
She was born in Wayne county, Ky., in the year 1814, and was married to J.B. Andrews in the year 1831. She was the mother of fourteen children, nine of whom survive her. Three of these live in Oregon, one in Macon City and five in the vicinity of Kirksville. She joined the Baptist church and was baptized by Elder James Moody at the age of 31 years, and lived a faithful christian until death.
