Son of the late Robert A. Blevins and Maudie (Estes) Blevins. He was a Machine Maintenance at Vaught Bros., Pvt. US Army during WW II, Survivors include his wife, Edna (Cash) Blevins, whom he married March 13, 1947, a son Garry Ray (Evelyn) Blevins of Eubank, two daughters, Linda Blevins (Gary) Ruckel of Eubank, Barbara Blevins of Somerset, a sister, Lema Blevins Hoseclaw of Eubank.
