Frances 'Frankie' Nadine Lewis Hicks Crossman was the youngest daughter of George Maldero and Dorothy 'Dot' Syrena Lee Lewis.
Frankie married Dale D Hicks on 25 June 1954 in Las Vegas, NV and had a daughter Sandra 'Sandy' Hicks.
Frankie married Owen P. Crossman in 12 Feb 1966 in Las Vegas, NV.
Frances worked her whole adult life until she retired, she was a phone operator, usually a secretary and bookkeeper, office manager, Chief Court Clerk and her last job was one of her favorites as an assistant to the Head of the Education Department for the Phoenix Zoo.
She lived in Lawndale, CA a couple of years and in Las Vegas, NV a couple of years. As a true 3rd generation native she spent most of her life in Arizona, in Phoenix, Tempe, Mesa, and Tucson and in the Heber/Overgaard, AZ area for the past five years.
Frankie was reunited with the church she loved and missed late in life the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, and attended it regularly following it passionately.

Her sister, brother and two nieces were with her in Phoenix for the last hours of her life, like loving family do.
A viewing was held Saturday, Nov. 21, followed by funeral service at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Heber. She was laid to rest in the Heber Cemetery.
