A memorial service for Kathryn Kerler of Hillsboro will be at 3 p.m. Sunday in First Congregational Church in Portland. Interment will be in Skyline Memorial Gardens.
She died of causes related to age Saturday in a Hillsboro care center. Mrs. Kerler was 82.
She was born May 7, 1908, near Beemer, Neb. She had lived in the Portland area since 1942. Mrs. Kerler had worked as a cocktail waitress for a number of years. Her husband, Julius Perler, preceded her in death.
She is survived by her daughter, Mary Lee Morgan of Portland; son, Benne R. of Tigard; sister, Rose Waters of Oklahoma; six grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
