Harry E. "Harvey" Reichert passed away on Aug. 27, 2007.

He is survived by his loving wife Patricia Ann Reichert, daughters and sons-in-law, Christine Reichert, Catherine and Dennis Reichert-Boone, and Paula and Rich Cripe, all of Cheyenne; two sisters, Penny Suttles of Florida and Jackie of El Paso, Texas; six grandchildren, Alexandria, Camryn, Eryca, Brittany, Bryson and Brennan; the Reichert family in Nebraska.

Memorial services will be held at 10 a.m., Friday, at Wiederspahn-Radomsky Chapel of the Chimes with Rev. Elmer Wilhelm officiating. Cremation has taken place at Cheyenne Memorial Gardens.

Honorary urn bearers will be Doug Bott, Dr. Kirt Colbert, Terry Reichert, Andy Guiterrez, and Craig Brodahl.

Friends who wish may send contributions to Zion Congregational Church.

Harvey was born July 13, 1938, in Minatare and had lived there since 1960. He served in the United States Marine Corp and was a Police Officer for the Cheyenne Police Department retiring in 1985.

He was a member of Zion Congregational Church and a past member of the Moose. He was an avid gardener and enjoyed his time and work at Zion Congregational Church. Harvey loved being with his grandchildren and was a caregiver to all he met.

Survivors include his wife, Patricia, whom he married June 5, 1960, in Gering; three daughters and two sons-in-law, Christine Reichert, Cathrine Reichert-Boone and Dennis Boone, and Paula and Rich Cripe all of Cheyenne; grandchildren, Alexandria, Camryn, Eryca, Brittany, Bryson, and Brennan; and several nieces, nephews, and in-laws in Nebraska.

His parents, David and Katherine Reichert and twelve siblings preceded him in death.
