Patrick E. Kehoe, 69, of 2101/2 West First Street, Dubuque, a former school administrator in Dubuque County died at 12:30 p.m. Saturday at Xavier Hospital. He was an Assistant to the late Father Flanagan in Boys' Town prior to his administrative post and for several years was a Secretary to Second District Congressman William S. Jacobsen in Washington D.C.

Services were held at St. Raphael's Cathedral at 9:00 a.m. on Tuesday with burial in St. Patrick's Church, Epworth. The Rev. Msgr. J.V. Casey was celebrant.

Born in Floyd County, the son of William and Concordia Daly Kehoe, he lived in Dubuque or the neighboring area for the last 50 years. He served as disciplinarian at Loras College follwing his graduation from St. Joseph College (Loras) in 1912. He also taught math both at Loras College and Academy and was a superintendent of schools at Farley, Elma and Peosta.

Surviving are his wife, Mae Evans Kehoe of Dubuque, four sisters: Ellen Funte and Maude Hoisington, both of Charles City; Vern Fox and Bertha Fox, both of New Haven, and a brother, William of Valley City, North Dakota.
