Mr. Whiting was born May 28, 1902 in Ithaca. He moved to Vero Beach in 1964.
He was a supervisor for National Cash Register Co. in Ithaca for 42 years prior to retirement.
Surviving are two nieces, Marilyn Quick of Lansing, and Jeanne Barry of Rochester, Nephew, Jack Gregg of Rochester and companions Ruby and Howard Hanes of Vero Beach.
