ANCEL DANIELS DIED AFTER BRIEF ILLNESS (1 July 1926)
Ancel Daniels, son of Mr. and Mrs. Charley Daniels, died a the family home in the Bacon school district last Friday, June 25.
The boy, who was 8 years and three months old, was ill only about twenty-four hours with blood poisoning.
Funeral services were conducted at the New Hope Baptist church by Rev. G. W. H. Davidson and interment was in the cemetery nearby.
The boy leaves besides his parents, two brothers, John and Clarence Daniels, and four sisters; Misses Oma and Flora Daniels, and Mrs. Martha Jones and Mrs. Janie Chastain.
The neighbors and friends of the community expressed their sympathy for the family by assisting during the illness and after the death of the child.
