Oscar was listed as 2 years old in the 1880 Census. he was also listed as 20 years old on the indian application dated 31 August 1899.
I have put in the birthdate and death date from an inscription on a headstone at Moore Cemetery, Coalgate, Coal County, Oklahoma.
I now belive that this is Ocsar Cantrell the son of William and Ellen Cantrell as I have found all the other sons of William and Ellen West Cantrell.
