Arthur Jay Cossin, Jr., age 17 of Akron, died Thursday, October 31, 2002, as a result of a motor vehicle accident. He was born July 11, 1985, in Warren, Ohio, the son of Arthur Jay Sr. and Brenda (McCauley) Cossin. Survivors include: His parents, Maternal Grandmother: Clara McCauley of Niles Paternal Grandparents: Bob and Debbie Cossin of Ripley, WV Paternal Great-grandmothers: Leoma Parsons of Ripley Mrs. Cossin of South Carolina Also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins. He was preceded in death by grandfather Carol McCauley and great-grandfather Guy Arthur Parsons. Friends will be received Tuesday, November 5, from 2-4 and 6-8 PM at the Wood-Kortright Funeral Home, Ravenna Chapel. Funeral service will be officiated by Pastor David Ballert on Wednesday at 2 PM at the funeral home. Interment will follow at Hawley Cemetery, Paris Township, Ohio.
