Phillip Cornwell age 50, of Springfield passed away on February 25, 2011 at Memorial Medical Center.
He is survived by his mother, Irene Schleyhahn (Companion Jim Woodrum) of Athens, and a sister Kimberly Cornwell of Springfield.
Phillip was born January 14, 1961 in Springfield, the son of Phillip and Irene Drengwitz Cornwell. He is preceded in death by his father; both sets of grandparents and three uncles.
Graveside services will be held on Thursday March 3, 2011 at 1:00 PM at Joel Hall Cemetery in Athens.
