Mrs. Elizabeth Corson, 83, of Shirley, died Monday, May 20, 1996. Funeral was held at 3 p.m. Thursday, May 23, at Roller-McNutt Chapel with Henry Pipkin officiating.
She was born on October 7, 1912, at Laporte, Ia., the daughter of Charles and Bertha Hummel. She was the widow of Deyea Corson and was a homemaker.
She is survived by two sons, James Skiles of Garland, Tx., and Byron Skiles of Waterloo, Ia.; 10 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.
Burial was at Settlement Cemetery.
