Illness Proves
Fatal to Mrs.
Louise Ahlstrom

Mrs. Louise Ahlstrom, a resident of Lake county for more than 35 years, died Sunday at the home of her nephew, William Ahlstrom, 1010 Mentor Ave., Mentor, just one day before her 71st birthday. She had been ill for several months.

She was born Feb. 13, 1868, in Green Bay, Wis. After moving to Painesville she became a member of St. James Episcopal church, Urania Chapter of the Eastern Star, and the Painesville Rebekah lodge.

She was the widow of Capt. J. F. Ahlstrom, widely known captain on the Great Lakes, who died in 1906.

Funeral services will be held at the Nixon Funeral home Tuesday at 9:30 a.m., with the Rev. Kenneth R. Waldron, rector of St. James Episcopal church, officiating. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery.

Friends may call at the Nixon Funeral home tonight.
