Buchheit, Oscar J., of House Springs, Missouri, was born March 15, 1935, in McBride, Missouri, to Barney and Jettie (nee Hinkle) Buchheit, and entered into rest, Sunday, January 30, 2011, at his residence in House Springs, Missouri, at the age of 75 years, 10 month and 15 days.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Barney and Jettie (nee Hinkle) Buchheit.

He is survived by, his wife Dorothy Ann (nee Zipfel) Buchheit, of House Springs, Missouri, six (6) children, Craig (Julie) Buchheit, of St. Peters, Missouri, Kevin (Cathy) Buchheit, of House Springs, Missouri, Mark (Donna) Buchheit, of St. Peters, Missouri, Jack Buchheit, of Kirkwood, Missouri, Robin (Ron) Finch, of St. Charles, Missouri, and Kent (Cathy) Buchheit, of Maryland Heights, Missouri,fifteen (15) grandchildren,twelve (12) great grandchildren,nine (9) siblings, two brothers and six sisters,and many other relatives and friends.

Oscar enjoyed fishing. He was a member of the Carpenter's Union for 50 years, High Ridge Elks Lodge #2455, Knights of Columbus, Journeymen Carpenter, a true perfectionist and artisan. He is fondly remembered and will be dearly missed by all who knew him.
