Mrs. Forrester was born in Ashe County, February 7, 1912, to James Roscoe Trivette and Lilly Michael Trivette.
Surviving are her husband, Odell Forrester; two sons, Dail Forrester, Lincolnton, and Carl Forrester, Elkton, MD; six daughters, Mrs. Margie Williams, Enoree, SC; Mrs. Ola Shivery, Chesapeake City, MD; Mrs. Leona Husfelt, Panama City, FL, Mrs. Virginia Seats, Christiana, PA; Mrs. Ardnia Wilkens, Ashe, NC; Mrs. Barbara Lindsey, Oxford, PA; and Mrs. Patricia Pennington, Creston; four brothers, Bill Trivette, Damascus, VA; Paul Trivette, West Jefferson; Jim and Cecil Trivette, both of North Wilkesboro; two sisters, Sue Eller, West Jefferson; 51 grandchildren; and a number of great-grandchildren.
