W.B. STUCKER 88 OLDEST RESIDENT OF GOSHEN DIES

West Liberty - W.B. Stucker, 88 resident of Atalissa and the oldest male resident of Goshen Township, died at 725pm, Friday at Bellevue Hospital in Muscatine, where he had been a patient since Jan 15.
Mr. Stucker was born in Pennsylvania on April 8 1852, the son of Russell and Mary Stucker and had lived in the Atalissa Vicinity for the past 70 years. He married Jessie Lundy of Atalissa on Jan 16, 1873 and his wife preceded him in death 12 years ago.

Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. R.H. Chase of Long Beach, California and Mrs. Florence Small of Wilmington California a son Fred R Stucker of Omaha, Nebraska, three sister, Mrs. Hattie Jones of Davenport, Mrs. George Worrall and Mrs. Louise Lamb both of Atalissa both of Atalissa, a brother James Stucker of Atalissa and four grandchildren, Ward B Chase of Long Beach, Stewart Small of Wilmington, John and William Stucker of Los Angeles, California.
The body has been taken to the S.C. Snider Funeral home here, where it will remain until 11am, Sunday when it will be taken to the family home south of Atalissa.
Funeral service will be held at 3pm, Sunday at the home with the Rev. F. W. Sutton of the Christian Church here officiating.
Burial will be at the Oberman Cemetery near Atalissa.
