Black, RN, of Lafayette; two sons, Frank E. of Harvey, Illinois and Ralph J. of Lafayette; two sisters, Mrs. Flora B. Chancellor, Morris, Illinois and Mrs. Louise Carter, Eureka, Kansas; and a brother, Frank W. of Los Angeles.
