He was buried ca 1855 in the Blackwell Cemetery, Caldwell County, Texas. Called "Jess". Jesse Thomas Blackwell was my 3rd great grand Uncle, and a brother to my 3rd great grandmother: Eveline Blackwell-Teas who married my 3rd great grandfather: Samuel B Teas.
He married Nancy Mariea Keese on Feb 27, 1856 in Lockhart, Caldwell County, Texas and they had a least 10 children. Their marriage is recorded in Caldwell County courthouse BLACKWELL, Thomas, KEESE, Nancy / G.W.
