Burial was in Colorado City Cemetery with the Rev. Billy Hendricks officiating.
A May native, she grew up in Burkburnett. She was a member of Coahoma United Methodist Church.
Survivors include a son, Billy Ray Brooks of Big Spring; two daughters, Mackie (Mrs. Clarence) Hays of Big Spring and Belvann Harrington of San Angelo; two brothers; a sister, seven grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
