COLORADO CITY~~J. H. Cosper, 84 of Colorado City, died at noon Wednesday in Root Memorial Hospital. Services were to be at 2 p.m. Friday in the Kiker-Seale Chapel.
The Rev. Davis Edens, pastor of the First Methodist Church, was to officiate with burial in Colorado City Cemetery with military graveside services.
Mr. Cosper was born May 13, 1890, in Silver City, New Mexico, but had lived in Colorado City since 1897. He was a veteran of World War I and a member of the American Legion.
Survivors are a son, Dennis of Duncan, Oklahoma; and a sister, Miss Gertrude Cosper of Austin.
