Richmond Times Dispatch Obiturary reads, "Miss Elsie Barbara Feick died Wednesday, February 21, 2001, at Westminster-Canterbury Health Center. Born in Baltimore, Md., Miss Feick joined the Navy and served as a yeomanette at the Norfolk Navy Shipyard during World War I. After her discharge, she continued her employment there for 38 years as a member of the civil service. She was a life member of the American Legion Women's Post No. 188 of Norfolk, Va. She is survived by her brother, Raymond Feick of Gaithersburg, Md.; and her niece, Patricia J. Feick of Baltimore, Md. Miss Feick, who was 103 years old, had been a resident at the Westminster-Canterbury House for 25 years. Interment will be private in the Loudon Park Cemetery in Baltimore, Md.
