OBITUARY-THE LINCOLN STAR
JANUARY 29, 1924
Guy, L. Bobst, 37 years old, died at 6 p.m. Monday at a local hospital. Mr. Bobst was connected with The Bankers' Life Insurance company and the Patriot Motor company for a number of years. He had been in poor health for the past two years.
He was a member of the Lancaster Lodge No. 54 A.F. & A.M. Besides his wife he is survived by his daughter, Ruth, father and mother and two brothers, Harry and Glenn.
Funeral services were held at 2 p.m., Wednesday at Castle, Roper and Matthews. Lancaster lodge No. 54 will conduct the services. Burial will be in Wyuka cemetery.

DEATH OF FORMER RESIDENT
Guy L. Bobst, son of Mr. and Mrs. William R. Bobst, who at one time residents of this city, died in a hospital in Lincoln Monday at six p.m. following an operation for an abscest of the brain which was performed early in the day. He together with his father had been in the grocery business in Nebraska City for some months past, but at this time were residents of Lincoln.
Mr. Bobst was born at Carlton, this state, in the year 1887. He leaves a wife and daughter, besides the parents, and two brothers to mourn his going.
Funeral services were held from Castle, Roper & Mathews funeral home Wednesday and the remains were interred in Wyuka cemetery.
