Mrs. Martha A. Flack
Mrs. Martha A. Flack, widow of David Flack, life-long resident of the town of Sterling, died Monday evening [April 12, 1931] at the home of her son, Herbert Flack, Sterling, after an illness of five months. Mrs. Flack was a member of the Methodist church, Oswego Center, and was well known in Sterling, where she passed her life.
She leaves three sons, Herbert Flack, Floyd and George Flack of Sterling; four daughters, Mrs. Ethel Woodworth, Phoenix, N.Y.; Mrs. Emma Hall, Mrs. Nellie Dennismore [Dunsmoor] and Mrs. Hazel Longley of Sterling; two sisters, Mrs. Hattie McAnaney of this city, and Mrs. Emma Marah of Sterling; also 30 grandchildren and one [great] grandchild. Funeral will be held at the home of her son, Herbert Flack, Thursday afternoon at 2:30 o'clock. Interment will be made in Rural Cemetery.

Flack, widow of David Flack, held from the home of her son, Herbert Flack, in the town of Sterling at 2:30 o'clock. Interment was made in Rural Cemetery. The bearers were Elmer Parkhurst, Ernest Dunsmore [Dunsmoor], Howard Ireland, Howard Wheeler, Lee Irwin and Edward Dunsmore [Dunsmoor].
